When will the UBS Digital Art Museum open?
The museum is currently under construction and will not open until the end of 2025 at the earliest. The reasons for the long construction period are diverse: on the one hand, it is due to the unusual architecture of the building and, on the other, to the complex technology that is being installed. And sometimes a storm surge intervenes to stop the work - after all, our location in Hamburg's HafenCity is close to the Elbe.
Can I already buy tickets?
Yes, you can already pre-order tickets here. As soon as we have a concrete opening date, you will receive an e-mail from us, then you can choose a day and a time slot for your visit. This way you have the chance to be one of the first people to see the exhibition in Hamburg.

Is the UBS Digital Art Museum barrier-free?
We want to make digital art accessible to everyone, including wheelchair users of course. That's why, when planning the museum, care was taken to make sure that all areas can be reached comfortably and without obstacles.
